What we’re about
If you are a female in your late 40s, 50s or 60s looking to meet other similar aged women in the Clear Lake/SE Houston Area, this social group could be for you.
Whether you are new in town or just wanting to expand your social circle, it’s not always easy meeting new people. Our goal is to meet twice per month where we can talk openly and freely about the glories of midlife, fashion, health or perhaps just hang out and have some fun. Activities may include visiting a restaurant, meeting for coffee, taking a walk, going to a movie, or enjoy a relaxing evening at a wine bar. The events will generally occur in the Clear Lake area (and near vicinity) which has so much to offer and see, so let’s explore it together.

The original organizer of this group was named Helen and she passed away in July 2025. So I am taking over this group to keep her vision going of fostering new friendships with other women.

Christmas Boat Parade
Lavace Stewart Elementary School, 330 Marina Bay Drive, Kemah, TX, USThis is a joint event with Bay Area (& Beyond) Outdoors, Fitness and Social Meetup group.
We're going to walk the short distance to the top of The Kemah Bridge for an awesome view of the Christmas Boat Parade! Please note that the meeting location is the BACK parking lot of Stewart Elementary School.
We did this last year from this location and it was an incredible view, (plus all the crowds of people were down on the Boardwalk and NOT on the bridge!)
It is slightly less than 1 mile from the school parking lot to the top of the bridge. You are more than welcome to park at Kemah and join us on the bridge instead of parking and walking from the school.7 attendees
