Hi All,
After a short break, we’re back, and this time in person.
We are trialling a new location, with food, drinks, networking, and some exciting talks planned. Spaces for this event will be limited, as we are trying to gauge potential interest for the future.
We will have three exciting talks for the evening, including:
- Homomorphic encryption (Charlie Anglin) - What if you could analyse data without ever seeing it? Homomorphic encryption makes that possible, and it’s closer to real-world adoption than you might think. In this talk, we'll explore what it is, how it can be used, and why it’s poised to reshape the future of secure computing.
- More than Words: The Power of Real-time Voice (Chris O'Toole) - We speak to be heard, understood, and felt. Real-time voice, powered by AI, is helping digital conversations feel more like real ones—warm, responsive, and truly human. This talk shows how voice tech is quietly reshaping how we work, support each other, and design experiences that feel alive. You'll hear how AI voice tools are being used today—from improving accessibility for people with disabilities, to speeding up teamwork in fast-moving environments, to transforming how services speak with users. It's not about the future—it's already happening.
- TBC - Please let us know if you are interested in speaking at this event
If you would like to speak at one of our future meetups, please reach out to our organisers, who will be happy to speak to you. We would love for more people from the community to be involved!
