Wide bouquet which features the Williams pear, exotic fruit notes, Jasmin, sage, bread crust fragrant, and graphite. This is off dry wine with intensity and creaminess. Great pleasure, harmony, elegance, taste, and balance.
Georges Cartier Brut Traditional Champagne France NV 65% Pinot Meunier, 25% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay. Herbally-Iris aromas, mixed with toast, cream, and lighter notes of citrus. Continuing to the palate, creamy dedicate effervescence that is back by dancing acidity with flavors of strawberry, red clay jolly rancher, lemon-lime citrus, zest, bread dough, vanilla, and cream.
Brown Family Wines Innocent Bystander Pink Moscato Swan Hill Victoria Australia 2023 82% Muscat Gordo, 18% Black Muscat. Bright aromas of cotton candy, black currant with musk, Turkish delight, mandarin peel, passion fruity, guava, sweet strawberry, sweet cherry, watermelon, and papaya. Continuing to the palate, flavors of black cherry, peach, jasmine, and vanilla bean. It’s quite complex for a Moscato style wine with creamy effervescence.

The night will unfold in a graceful ebb and flow — moments of illusion drawing you in, followed by the pleasure of a flight of four 2-oz wine samples, each paired with a light snack. Magic gives way to tasting, tasting returns to magic, each enhancing the other as the experience drifts back and forth like a pendulum of delight.
