We hold donation based yoga, meditation and nutrition classes at our Mid-City Studio. Join our community, around since 2009 and committed to equal access to self-care and non-invasive healthcare. We believe the power of media is transformative and awareness raising. We hold the Awareness Film Festival to bring amazing films to Los Angeles that showcase important causes that effect everyone. We hold monthly screening series as well as a yearly large event in downtown. The Awareness Film Festival. Join us to meet like minded people and take advantage of our platforms of wellness and awareness.

ONLINE: Soulful Yoga & Mindful Healing with Archana

Archana Kaushish is a certified RYT-200 yoga instructor and an Ayurvedic Nutrition Consultant. With a background in holistic wellness and a passion for mindful living, she integrates yoga, breathwork, and Ayurveda to help individuals reconnect with themselves. Archana also runs a wellness platform, @soulbloom.with.archana, sharing tools for balanced, conscious living.Heal One World is a nonprofit dedicated to providing holistic preventative healthcare services and low or no cost—no one is turned away due to lack of funds. Class Description: Please join for a 45 minute fully guided meditation where you will come to understand the basics of practicing mindfulness, letting go and relaxing the body, releasing any stress or worry, and opening the heart and mind to the discovery of the mind/body process.
Bio: Stacey has been meditating and studying Buddhism for over 25 years. She has studied under some of the most prominent Buddhist scholars and Meditation masters in both the Ch'an (Zen) and Theravada tradition and has traveled and lived in Myanmar and Sri Lanka to further her knowledge and practice. Stacey has been teaching meditation since 2018 and started leading retreats in person and online since 2021. Stacey started the organization Mobile Community Meditation Center aka Buddhist Boondockers and has brought her teachings to those living on the road, in nature and off the grid. She's been invited to lead guided meditation at festivals including Skooliepalooza, Spirit Fest, Van Pride, Gypsy Minstrel Caravan, A Roam of Ones Own, Tiny Fest and more. Stacey is an extremely dedicated practitioner, and nothing gives her more pleasure than sharing what she's spent decades learning with others.
