Back by popular demand! Foam Party All-Stars return for music and an ocean of foam in Summer Reading Celebration: Foam Party! The all ages Youth Service event will take place on Saturday, July 25, 2026 from 11 a.m. to noon! Wear clothes and shoes that can get wet.
The program will be canceled if the weather is inclement.
