This group is for everyone regardless if you have tried any type of meditation or mindfulness before ! Open Heart Meditation is a feeling based meditation (not mind based/visualisation etc.) . This practice provides a simple and effective way to experience positive feelings and overall improvements to your well being , The bi weekly meet-up's allow for a welcoming introduction to both open heart meditation and reiki Tummo healing . It is non-denominational and effective for anyone wether you are looking to relieve stress, try something new or simply just meet some different people.
