Osho was a modern day Buddha who has thousands of books to his name. He envisioned and recreated 600 meditation techniques with the aim of uplifting human life. Osho's meditations are developed on proven scientific and psychotherapy concepts that release stress and suppressed emotions.

No prior experience required; Just come and learn :)
Agenda:
First 15 minutes: Introduction to the Meditation
1 hour of Meditation
Followed by Q&A and sharing ( optional)
Preparation:
Open mind & commitment for an hour
Be in a quiet & empty room if possible
Yoga mat/ a comfortable surface to lie down
Eye mask/blindfold
A happy face :)
About the Meditation-
OSHO Chakra Sounds Meditation is a calming and relaxing meditation.
We will use vocal sounds to open and harmonize our body's chakras (energy centers) and help awaken and balance them.
We will bring a profound, peaceful, inner silence by listening to the music and humming( vocal sounds).
This Meditation can be done at any time of the day.
***No prior meditation experience is required; all are welcome to join :) ***
