What we’re about
I search for diverse and enjoyable experiences throughout NJ (and sometimes beyond)! Activities vary from heart-pumping adrenaline rushes, physical challenges, peaceful exploring, trying new food and excursions, and spending a night out for entertainment. I'm very open minded and I love meeting new people of all ages and backgrounds, so everyone is welcome here. I don't charge dues.
I'm down for anything, so suggestions for meetups are strongly encouraged. Just message me an idea or thought, and I'll do my best to set up a fun event for you :-) Please try to keep your RSVPs up to date and accurate because sometimes reservations are required. Unless I say otherwise in the description, feel free to bring guests as long as I have a heads up about how many people will be joining. This should go without saying, but everyone is responsible for their own safety while in the group. I do what I can to minimize the risk of danger and choose venues with solid reputations.

Escape the hustle and bustle for a peaceful paddle along the historic Delaware & Raritan Canal! Join us for a scenic journey through one of New Jersey's most beautiful waterways. We'll glide along the calm, flat waters of the D&R Canal, passing through beautiful tree-lined corridors. This gentle waterway is perfect for all skill levels. The canal's protected environment means no strong currents or waves, just pure relaxation and great conversation with your fellow paddlers.
What's Provided:
- Kayaks or canoes
- Paddles and life jackets
- Seat Cushions
What to Bring:
- Water and snacks
- Sunscreen and hat
- Waterproof bags for personal items
- Quick-dry clothes or swimwear
- Change of clothes for afterwards
- Towel
- Anything else you may need for your comfort
Rental Info: We will be renting from the Griggstown Canoe and Kayak rental. Rates will range from $25-$60 depending on the options you choose.
Post-Paddle: we can grab food from a local spot.
Please look at the website and determine if you'd prefer to rent a kayak or canoe. If you want a kayak, please let me know if you prefer a 1 or 2 seater. Also, please note that this is not a guarantee and ultimately it will be based off who comes to the event.

Let's ride the rapids during a thrilling dam release! It's $60 per person, and if you've never done whitewater rafting or a dam release, it's quite exciting! There will be guides in kayaks to help out when needed. It's up to class 3 whitewater and 8 miles long. We'll be 3-4 hours on the water.
It's recommended to wear old sneakers or water shoes for your own safety. Please arrive early or else you may miss the trip! You can bring a lunch for when we stop midway. Ask about carpooling if you're interested.

Built next to the Essex County Turtle Back Zoo, the Treetop Adventure Course offers 30 unique obstacles to overcome! The zip line is over 100 yards and stands at approximately 40 feet. The Adult Course + Zip Line is $35. Click here to reserve online for the 3pm time slot. Reservations are highly encouraged to guarantee admission, but not required.
Everything must complete and sign a Participant Agreement Form. If you make a reservation, a link will be sent to you to fill out an electronic version of the form.
