Mondays beginning May 18th!This course bridges the wisdom of The Four Agreements with neuroscience, somatic (body-based) practices, and ancient techniques—
so the agreements stop being ideas you know and become a way you live.You’ve read the best-selling book by Don Miguel Ruiz and understand the teachings… but if your body is still wired for old patterns, those patterns will keep running the show.
Stress, trauma, and repetition shape neural pathways, conditioning the body to react automatically — often overriding your ability to think differently or pause.
That’s why intentions, affirmations, and willpower alone don’t create lasting change.
“Beyond the Four Agreements” is a 5-week experiential program that goes beyond the mind and into the body.
This is an interactive, hands-on course where you won’t just talk about new ways of being—you’ll practice them in our time together.

• Gently dismantle old agreements at the root level
