Your startup is the reason you need a visa and the reason the visa is hard. There's no HR department to file for you, no decade-long track record to point at, and the only company that would sponsor you is the one you incorporated eight months ago.
Founders have more options than they think. Some of them work best early — before the cap table, the board, and the payroll settle into a shape that closes doors. And the category you pick now decides what evidence you spend the next year building.
Ana Senior, immigration attorney at Manifest Law, walks through:

    • The pathways founders actually use — O-1A, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and a self-sponsored H-1B through your own company — and how they differ
    • What your startup needs to look like to sponsor you: ownership, control, who signs the petition, and who has the authority to let you go
    • Which extraordinary ability criteria founders tend to already meet — funding, press, critical roles, judging — and which ones take deliberate building
    • What to start collecting at pre-seed and seed, so filing later isn't a scramble

The earlier you start, the more time you have to strengthen your case. Bring your questions — we're leaving plenty of room for Q&A.
RSVP now to save your spot!

The US economy is constantly evolving, influenced by employment numbers, the rise and fall of inflation, foreign policy, domestic economic agendas, and movement of citizens between different regions. As a job seeker, all of these effects working in tandem can impact the inner workings of a job search.

Join Colin Mo of Albert's List and Dr. Reilly White, Professor of Finance at the University of New Mexico for a monthly webinar where they'll discuss how these factors are impacting your career, particularly for those who work in tech and reside in the San Francisco Bay Area. You'll learn about:

    • The most recent month's jobs report, including its biggest takeaways, silver linings, and potential warning signs.
    • The most recent month's CPI report and how the rising cost of goods and money are impacting the flow of investments or consumer spending.
    • What to expect in the weeks and months ahead as economic conditions evolve.
    • How the economic numbers are impacting those in the San Francisco Bay Area and the technology industry!
    • How Trump's recent policies are affecting the job market and economy.
    • Other notable trends moving the market, including bonds, housing prices, quit rates, and more!
    • And much more!

Join us with your questions, comments, and concerns.

You're either looking at a company to join, or you're trying to understand what your competitors are doing. Either way, you're researching blind—reading scattered reviews, googling company news, checking LinkedIn. It takes forever and you miss things.
    Stop doing this manually.
In this workshop, you'll customize and deploy a working AI research agent in 3 hours. Fork an existing competitive intelligence agent, wire in your own data sources (RSS feeds, APIs, whatever's available), and run it. Feed it a company or industry keyword. Get back structured intelligence: recent news, hiring patterns, market positioning, gaps, red flags.
    What you'll actually do:

    • Clone a working competitive intelligence agent from GitHub
    • Add your own custom data sources (RSS feeds, open APIs, etc.)
    • Test it live on a real company or competitor
    • Walk away with a deployed agent you can run 100+ times

    Two use cases, one agent:

    1. Job Seeker Mode — Research a company before you apply, interview, or accept an offer. Understand growth, hiring, leadership, red flags.
    2. Competitive Mode — Understand what competitors are doing, market gaps, hiring trends, strategic moves. For employees and side hustlers.

What you need before the workshop:

    • 10 min of pre-work (optional, but recommended): Clone the GitHub repo, set up your API key, test it runs
    • A laptop with a browser (Claude.ai)
    • Basic comfort with Claude—you should already be asking it questions and iterating

    After the workshop:

    • Post-work recap doc: What you built, how to iterate, advanced techniques, troubleshooting
    • Optional upsell: Advanced agent techniques course (separate paid offering)

    This is NOT:

    • A tutorial on "how to use AI"
    • A guide to corporate strategy
    • A tool for stalking or privacy violations (we cover ethical guardrails)

    Price: $17–27 (one-time, includes materials + post-work doc)
Pre-work is optional. If you complete it, you'll hit the ground running. If you skip it, no problem—we'll set up during the first 20 minutes.
