Ali Nasir is the Managing Partner of Rise360 Ventures and brings decades of experience in manufactured housing communities, an industry his family has been involved in for more than 40 years. Having grown up in the business, Ali began buying, selling, and leasing manufactured homes at a young age and later expanded his experience into MHC appraisal, operations, acquisitions, and community revitalization. Over the course of his career, he has worked with hundreds of communities and thousands of home sites, giving him a broad perspective on both the operational and investment sides of the asset class.
