About us

Action Potential — Mind • Body • Movement • Connection

Action Potential is a community for people who want to slow down, reconnect with themselves, move intentionally, and build practices that support everyday well-being.

Our gatherings explore the connection between the mind, body, breath, and nervous system through experiences such as meditation, restorative yoga, breathwork, somatic movement, sound, mindfulness, guided reflection, outdoor experiences, and meaningful conversation.

You don’t need to be flexible, experienced in meditation, or already immersed in wellness. You just need to be willing to show up as you are.

Some events will be quiet and restorative. Others may involve movement, music, conversation, hiking, workshops, or opportunities to connect with other people in the community. Every experience is designed to create space for greater awareness, intentional movement, reflection, and connection.

Founded and led by a 27-year military veteran and certified wellness practitioner, Action Potential was created from the belief that we can train and care for our minds and nervous systems with the same intention we give our bodies.

Come as you are. Move at your own pace. Take what you need.

All bodies, backgrounds, experience levels, veterans, military families, and members of the broader community are welcome.

Train your mind like you train your body.
