Agentic AI Community Jaipur

The Jaipur chapter's first in-person meetup is built around one idea: if it cannot be built live in front of you, it does not go on stage. An empty Maestro Flow canvas becomes a running process with orchestration, classification and human approval. Agentic and rule-based go head-to-head on the same problem, and then we deliberately break both to find out which failure mode you can actually live with. There is also an honest session on what you only learn after go-live: where the human belongs, what it costs once volume triples, and what you wish you had logged when someone asks why it failed.

Then it is your turn. Open your laptop and build a working classifier yourself, with people on hand when you get stuck.
There is an open mic if you have been thinking about speaking, and speed mentoring where you can take a real problem to someone who has already been through it. And there is dedicated time over refreshments to meet the people you have only seen in a group chat.
If something breaks on stage, we debug it live. That is the point.

11:10 AM | Live build: Maestro Flow and Autopilot (40 min) An empty canvas to a running complaint intake process with orchestration, classification, and a human approval step. Built live, debugged live if it breaks.
11:50 AM | Face-off: agentic vs rule-based (20 min) The same problem solved two ways, side by side, then broken with real-world inputs. An honest look at which failure mode you can live with.
12:10 PM | Hands-on lab (45 min) Bring a laptop. You build a working complaint classifier yourself, with help on hand. No prior Maestro experience needed.
12:55 PM | Refreshments and networking (45 min) Tea, coffee, and light refreshments. Time to meet the people you have only seen in the WhatsApp group, and to finish your lab build if you are still going.
1:40 PM | What decides production (30 min) Human-in-the-loop design patterns, the cost and token economics nobody puts in the pitch deck, and the observability you need to answer "what happened on Tuesday."
2:10 PM | Open mic (15 min) Three five-minute slots, first-time speakers only.
2:25 PM | Speed mentoring (20 min) Rotate through experienced automation developers. Bring your actual blocker.
2:45 PM | Wrap-up and what comes next (15 min) Where to go from here if you are starting out, the Jaipur Playbook repo, and a group photo.
