the drop (first ~45 min):
we kick things off with one or two log drops - max 15-minute demos, discoveries, or hot takes where everyone gathers round. discussion after each. no slides required. no polished talks. just "here's something worth chewing on."

- drop a log of your own - less formal than the drop, just grab a few people and share what you're working on.
