Who it's for: small business owners, and people who run a small business day to day. We'll start with the room: how you're using AI, if at all, what you want to understand, and one everyday process where work gets stuck.
We'll explore different uses across business roles, including communication, marketing materials, follow-up, and keeping the next step visible. Some examples, like an AI chat receptionist, are services Rise In The Gap offers, and we'll say so when we show them.
For the practical segment, a willing attendee can describe one everyday business workflow. Together we'll map its current steps and handoffs, identify one friction point, review where AI could help and where a human check belongs, and choose one small test. Jonas will have one of his own workflows ready as backup if nobody volunteers.
Volunteering is optional. You can observe, use chat, or speak. A description of the process is enough; you don't need to share private customer records, screens, or logins. No preparation is needed.
