We are a team of open-minded internationals who want to share our experiences and create valuable connections while having fun!
With social gatherings every weekend, fitness and sporting events, dinners and brunches, shows and games, we aim to create as many occasions as possible for people to have a good time and meet other like-minded individuals.

What is this about?
This beginner-friendly workout is for the ones who are new to HYROX and want to learn the basics of hybrid fitness before trying anything race-oriented. We keep the intensity accessible and focus on intervals, introductory strength exercises, and clear technique guidance.
Your coach: Jack Donnellan. An experienced HYROX trainer and an ultra-endurance athlete with almost 10 years of experience on the track and in the gym.

Kick off 2026 with a bang at the Berlage Comedy! 🚀 We’re shaking off the winter chill with January Jive & Jokes—an evening of top-tier English stand-up comedy featuring a fresh lineup of hilarious talent ready to start your year with a laugh.
After a massive 2025 featuring our April Frenzy, Summer Spectacular, and Holly Jolly Hilarity, we are back to prove that January is the best time for a comedy comeback!

Bring your furry friends and let's have a wonderful day together! This event is perfect for dog owners and dog lovers who want to socialize, enjoy nature, and have a great time with their four-legged companions. Our passionate hosts: Paula or Nicolas, will be there, ready to greet you and your furry friend with open paws. 🐾🐕
Feel free to bring along a cozy blanket and some delicious snacks. Join us at 13:00 for the Paws & Pals Walk in the meeting point and let's head to the dog park shown in the photo below. And don't worry, in case of bad weather we'll still have a fun Sunday-funday by grabbing a cup of coffee or a cold beer at a nearby spot in the park.
