INDICATIONS
To ensure you have the most transformative experience possible, please follow these guidelines:

• Clothing: Please come dressed in comfortable, flexible clothing that allows for both movement and rest - items like leggings, yoga pants, or soft track bottoms work best. Try to avoid jeans, skirts, or any tight everyday outfits.
• What to Bring: All essentials are available (yoga mat, cushion, small blanket, water and tea), please bring with you an eye mask or blindfold, notebook and pen, and water bottle.
• Diet: For your wellbeing during the session, please avoid eating for at least 2 hours beforehand. Refrain from drinking alcohol the day before and the day after.
• Intention: Before arriving, take a quiet moment to set an intention, something you’d like to release, invite into your life, or spend time reflecting on.
• Aftercare: Try to keep the rest of your day light and unstructured so you can fully integrate the experience. If possible, avoid scheduling commitments immediately afterward.

This session is less suitable for people with epilepsy, mania, delusions or psychoses, serious heart problems, low blood pressure, or implants, metal parts or medical devices. For pregnant women, participation is possible, but caution is advised.

Join us for our monthly Dog Walking Event! 🐕🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

Bring your furry friends and let's have a wonderful day together! This event is perfect for dog owners and dog lovers who want to socialize, enjoy nature, and have a great time with their four-legged companions. Our passionate hosts: Paula or Nicolas, will be there, ready to greet you and your furry friend with open paws. 🐾🐕

Feel free to bring along a cozy blanket and some delicious snacks. Join us at 13:00 for the Paws & Pals Walk in the meeting point and let's head to the dog park shown in the photo below. And don't worry, in case of bad weather we'll still have a fun Sunday-funday by grabbing a cup of coffee or a cold beer at a nearby spot in the park.
