Austin Data Meetup is home to in-person events to meet others in the space and learn from each other.

Austin Low-Key Data Meetup - January 2026

Looking to meet other data people in the Austin area? Whether you're a data engineer, a data analyst, a data scientist, or something in-between... you've found the right event.
Every last Thursday of the month, we try to host events to get together the brightest minds in data.
No agenda, no sponsor, no cost. Just show up, buy your own drinks and hang out with other people in the industry. Be prepared to share stories and laughs.
While the event states it's only for 1.5 hours, people typically stay much later to continue chatting.
Here's why we chose Brewtorium:

Though we do love our recruiter friends, we want to keep this a low pressure light hearted space for data people to interact and enjoy one another's company.
