### ⚠️ Booking & Attendance Policy
We maintain strict rules to keep sessions fair and well-organized:
❗ No Show: Full session fee applies if you do not attend after confirming your slot.
⏰ Cancellation Policy:
- Evening Games: Cancel 12 hours before
- Morning Games: Cancel 18 hours before
❗ Late cancellations will be treated as No Show and charged in full.
🚫 If you join within 12 hours of the game, cancellation is not allowed.

- If you are not planning to play, please remove yourself to give others a chance
- Waiting list players can be moved to the Going List at any time
