RSVP & No-Show Policy
Accurate RSVPs help us plan and organize events successfully. We understand that plans change—if you can’t attend, please update your RSVP or message the organizer.
Repeated no-shows may result in a temporary break from events:
- 1st no-show: Friendly reminder
- 2nd no-show within 90 days: 30-day suspension
- 3rd no-show: 60-day suspension
- Continued no-shows: May result in removal from the group
Emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen and will always be taken into consideration.
