Hi, I’m Avery.
A few years ago, I realized what I was missing wasn't more productivity or self improvement. It was connection. Connection to my body, my emotions, nature, and people who felt comfortable being real.
That journey led me to breathwork, which has become one of the most powerful tools I've found for building self trust, processing emotions, and feeling more present in everyday life.
These events are about more than breathwork. They're an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and spend time with people who value authenticity, personal growth, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.
No experience is needed. There's nothing to achieve or get right.
Just bring yourself.

Breathwork & Crystal Bowl Sound Bath
Hanai Foundation, 62430 Eagle Road,, Bend, OR, USTake an hour to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with yourself through breath, sound, and presence.
Together, we'll gather in a small, welcoming group and begin with a grounding meditation to help you settle into your body. From there, Avery will guide an active, holotropic-inspired breathwork journey designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, clarity, and deeper self-awareness.
We'll close with a 15-minute crystal bowl sound bath, creating space for the experience to gently integrate as you rest, receive, and simply be.
Many participants leave feeling lighter, calmer, more present, and more deeply connected to themselves.
Whether you're completely new to breathwork or returning to deepen your practice, you're warmly welcome.
What to Expect

What to Bring
- Yoga mat

Before you arrive
- Avoid heavy meals and excess fluids for ~ 2 hours beforehand.

Friday Community Walk & Breathwork at Farewell Bend
Farewell Bend Park, 1000 Southwest Reed Market Road, Bend, OR, USJoin us every Friday at 5 PM this summer for a free community walk and guided breathwork practice in nature.
Co-hosted by Hana and Avery, this gathering is a chance to slow down, move your body, breathe deeply, and connect with others who enjoy quiet moments outdoors. We’ll take turns facilitating each week and explore different pranayama and breath awareness practices to help us feel more grounded, energized, and present.
The Plan:
- We'll meet at the horse statue by the bridge in Farewell Bend Park.
- From there, we'll take a scenic 30-minute walk together to our practice spot.
- Once we arrive, we'll settle in for 30 minutes of guided breathwork.
- After practice, you're welcome to linger, connect with others, or make your way back whenever you're ready.
What to Bring:
- A yoga mat, towel, or something comfortable to sit on
- Water
- Sunscreen or layers depending on the weather
Weather and Air Quality:
Because we'll be practicing outdoors, sessions may be canceled in the event of poor weather or unhealthy air quality. Please check this page before heading out for any updates.No experience is necessary. Just bring yourself.

Pregnancy Breathwork and Nervous System Regulation
Hanai Foundation, 62430 Eagle Road,, Bend, OR, USYou are invited to explore the breath as a supportive tool for relaxation during pregnancy.
This heart-centered session offers a quiet, grounded space to shift the body out of stress and into ease. Through specialized down-regulation breathing techniques and gentle vocal toning, we will work on releasing tension and deepening your connection with your baby.
The Session:
- 10 min: Grounding & Educational Theory
- 50 min: Guided Practice & Integration
To bring: You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat; a little foldable chairs are available on-site for your comfort.
Investment: $25 per person
