We have karaoke every thursday, but now we also have a night of karaoke GAMES thanks to Adi's creative brain!
We will start the night of easy, but as the night progresses, we'll get more into the actual singing. And yes, you will sing.

What games?

1. First game: Grab the mic
   This is a game where you get a prompt word, and have to think of a song that starts with that word, then grab the mic and sing the line.
2. Second game: Guess the song
   You'll stand with your back towards the screen, laptop out of sight, and then the music starts. Now you have to sing what you think is the coming lyric.
3. Last game: Karaoke Spin the Wheel
   Everybody's names will be put into an online spinning wheel, we spin it twice and this way you'll get paired up to sing a song of your choice!

No judgement here, we don't need any talent, we just want a fun-filled night! Come and join our chaos!

Every level is welcome, just bring your own mat!
Every Monday and Wednesday we start our day strong and stretched with this Pilates class. We will work on our core and legs most of the time, but if you feel the need for strengthening or stretching another part of the body, the teacher is open to work with any suggestions.
Whatever your body needs this day!

The teacher's name is Aliz, she has certification for teaching Progressing Ballet Technique, and did a course in Reiki massage. Next to that she is a professional dancer. With all of this, she knows the body from inside out, and she is always ready to help you find the correct excersizes for your body.
English or Spanish, she teaches in whatever is the preference.

Todos los niveles son bienvenidos, ¡solo trae tu propia esterilla!
Cada lunes y miércoles empezamos el día con fuerza y bien estirados con esta clase de Pilates. Trabajaremos principalmente el core y las piernas, pero si sientes que necesitas fortalecer o estirar otra parte del cuerpo, la profesora está abierta a adaptar la clase y trabajar con cualquier sugerencia.

La profesora se llama Aliz. Tiene certificación para enseñar Progressing Ballet Technique y también ha realizado un curso de masaje Reiki. Además, es bailarina profesional. Gracias a todo esto, conoce el cuerpo en profundidad y siempre está dispuesta a ayudarte a encontrar los ejercicios adecuados para ti.
Puede enseñar en inglés o en español, según la preferencia del grupo.
