Black Girls Read DFW

Hello Ladies!
This group is for all the beautiful black and brown women who love to read! Come join us as we explore a variety of literary genres (both old and new) while building a strong community of black readers. Each month, we'll have a certain book that we'll focus on and on the 1st Saturday we will come together to discuss our thoughts and opinions so be sure to bring some thought provoking questions. After our book club discussions, we can enjoy food and drinks to give us an opportunity to get to know each other.
Also, if anyone has any suggestions for a book of the month, please let me know. This is a collaborative group, so let's make Black Girls Read a success!
