Maybe you've recently relocated to Boise (or surrounding areas) and are not sure where to meet new friends? We've got your back! We are a community of introverted individuals looking to engage in unique indoor & outdoor activities. We do not charge membership dues, but most activities will require some out of pocket costs. Come join us!

Beginner Clay Birdhouses & Feeders

COST is $95 for the 4-HOUR WORKSHOP and the follow-up glazing session. Make sure you sign up for the 11/15 class!
Craft a ceramic handmade bird house or bird feeder for your backyard birds!
Students will choose from several construction methods, such as slab and coil building to create a home or feeder of their own design. After reviewing different samples, participants will choose a method of building and level of difficulty. They will then design and build their own creation under supervision of their Instructor. Students will build one or more items in the workshop. They will then be given a pass to attend a separate clay session to finish glazing their pieces after they have been bisque-fired by the Cat Clay studio.

*Typically, trimming, glazing or underglazing cannot be done on pottery pieces that have just been made; please plan on booking another session to complete any trimming or glazing.
*Pre-registration for our clay offerings is a requirement.
