Join me, RYT-200 Heidi Hendrix, vinyasa yoga instructor for a "Pay What You Can" intentional, mindful yoga flow accessible for those new to yoga and regular practicing yogis alike at the lovely North Carolina Museum of Art. Cant wait to meet you all Raleigh/Triangle area yogis! Meet me five minutes before at 6:25 PM at the mirror labyrinth installation, I will provide Venmo/Cashapp or cash options at the start of class.
