This might be just the place to give those theories in your head some company.
We're like a book club for films. We watch them at home, in our own time, then meet in Bristol to explore them together in a group disscussion.
No particuar film expertise or specialist vocabulary is required, just curiosity, a willingness to listen and an interest in going deeper.
We watch all sorts from the oldest to pretty recent stuff and each film we discuss is nominated or voted for by members of the group.
We usually meet for around two hours. Our discussions are structured and guided by the Organiser who introduces topics, keeps us focused and makes room for everyone to contribute.
We're an adults-only group (18+). Check each event description for venue details and any special requirements, and message the organiser about access needs or other accommodations and we'll do our best to help.

Join us as we meet up in person, downstairs @ "Sportsmans" bar on Colston street, to discuss our latest member selected film "The Royal Tenenbaums - 2001" directed by Wes Anderson.
This is technically our halloween event so fancy dress (Halloween or Wes Anderson themed) is welcome.
At the end of the event, one member will pick the topic of our next film poll and everyone will get a chance to nominate a film for the group to vote on so stick around for that.
