Whether you're in your first, second, or third trimester, this class provides safe, intentional movement to help you feel stronger, more comfortable, and more confident throughout your pregnancy journey.
Each class focuses on gentle stretching, pregnancy-safe strengthening, hip-opening movements, pelvic floor awareness, posture, balance, and breathing techniques to prepare your body for labor and birth. We'll also explore nervous system regulation practices, guided relaxation, mindfulness, and restorative poses to help reduce stress, improve sleep, and encourage deep connection with your baby.
You'll learn important pregnancy modifications, including which yoga poses and movements to avoid during each trimester, how to move safely as your body changes, and how to adapt your practice both in class and at home.

No previous yoga experience is necessary. Every class offers modifications to meet you exactly where you are, creating a safe, welcoming environment for all expecting mothers.
Please bring: A yoga mat, water, and any props you'd like for extra comfort (such as a blanket or pillow). We also have props available for use.
