Come Race at the Slot Car Clubhouse!
Looking for something different to do? Come enjoy some fast fun racing slot cars at the Slot Car Clubhouse in Sherwood!
We have multiple tracks, a large collection of cars, and plenty of equipment for newcomers. No experience and no equipment are necessary. We’ll provide the cars, controllers, and coaching to get you racing.
Open 7 Days a Week — By Appointment
Until further notice, our regularly scheduled Friday Open House has been discontinued.
Instead, the Slot Car Clubhouse is now available seven days a week by appointment. Come by yourself for some racing, practice, tuning, or help with your cars—or bring your family or a group of friends for your own slot car get-together.
There is no charge for introductory visits and casual racing.

Don't worry about whether anyone else has signed up. If you'd like to race, give us a call!
Want the Open House to Return?
We'd love to resume regular free Open House racing. Rather than guessing which evening works for everyone, we're going to let you tell us.
If we see enough interest in a particular day and time, we'll restart the Open House on the schedule that works for the most people. Send us a message or call and tell us when you'd be most likely to attend.
Bring Your Cars — or Just Bring Yourself
If you already have slot cars, especially vintage cars, bring them! Most types can be run on our tracks, and we enjoy helping racers repair, tune, and adjust their cars.
Don't own a slot car? That's fine. We have plenty for you to drive.
The Clubhouse also includes an extensive slot car collection and library, so there's plenty to see even when you're not racing.
If you have a home track, are thinking about building one, or have an old set you'd like to get running again, we'd especially like to meet you.
Club Racing
For racers who want something more competitive, we also organize club races and special events. Watch our Meetup listings for scheduled races, vintage-car events, workshops, and other gatherings.
Cars, parts, accessories, and track equipment are available through our sponsor, OmniSlotBox.com, and selected items are available at the Clubhouse.
A Few Things Y'all Should Know
• Please make an appointment before visiting. We're happy to open the Clubhouse, but we no longer maintain fixed weekly Open House hours.
• Kids with parents are welcome. Families, couples, groups of friends, experienced racers, and complete beginners are all welcome.
• Treat everyone present—and the cars, tracks, and Clubhouse—with respect.
• For organized social events, guests are welcome to bring food or drinks to share.
• Adults may enjoy an alcoholic beverage while racing. Please drink responsibly and never provide alcohol to anyone underage.
• We have friendly Cornish Rex cats in our home. They are not allowed in the main track building, although you may encounter one in the museum area. Please don't let them through an open door.

It's all about the fun.
