Hey entrepreneurs and women in business, this one’s for you!
After seeing radical transformation in my private coaching clients who run their own businesses, God gave me a rad vision: soft, peaceful, radiant women shining their light in our community and their creativity exploding in business, all through the power of using exercise as play.
I was awestruck, lit up, and happy to bring that vision to life!
Now, I could have just invited you to a fun little workout… but most women have a complicated relationship with exercise. On again, off again. All-in obsessed, then totally avoidant. You’re not alone and I don’t blame you. Toxic fitness culture profits on shame. It bombards us with photoshopped abs and unrealistic bodies so we compare, feel inadequate, and buy the lie that exercise is just a way to “fix” our bodies. And then, we spend our hard earned money and energy on trying to look like the ideal they told us we should want.
But let me tell you this, God is in the business of setting people FREE.
Free from shame.

Free to experience love, joy, and peace that surpasses all understanding.So before we even get to playing, I’m going to lead you through a heart transformation experience where we can untangle from any wrong patterns of thinking about exercise.
