What we’re about
bliss Spiritual Co-op is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to experiences that nourish the soul, incubate dreams, and connect humanity.
Since 2012, our community has provided a perfect dream incubator for people with talent to share. We offer our space free to anyone with a passion to share what they know. Each month, bliss Facilitators offer 100+ ONSITE, OFFSITE & ONLINE classes, private WellBEing sessions, and guided community outreach opportunities.
By their donations and attendance, bliss Participants offer the gift of support and encouragement for the Facilitators to express and perfect their unique talents.
We are elated to share with YOU the new ONSITE address for bliss Spiritual Co-op:
1007 Johnnie Dodds Blvd
The Mezzanine Suite 228
Mt Pleasant, SC 29464
We are nestled within the Innolabs co-working space. As you approach the building from the ample parking lot, there are three entrances. Please enter through the double glass doors on the left with the 200s suite numbers posted outside. Proceed straight through the lobby into a large open space. bliss Spiritual Co-op is located up in the mezzanine, which is accessed by a large wooden staircase to the right.
Our new hive has a funky fresh vibe with two dedicated rooms for bliss activities located in the open-air mezzanine which overlooks additional common use spaces.
The CONNECTING room holds our hospitality bar, lending library, bliss Boutique cabinet, and a cozy sofa nook that gathers a bliss Facilitator with 9 participants for intimate group discussions with comfortable overflow seating that may be added for 8 additional participants as needed.
The adjoining HEALING room is a safe space for exploration where you may book a 1-hour private WellBEing session choosing from a variety of modalities with a bliss practioner for a $33 donation. We have created a new in-house scheduling calendar that allows the practioner to determine and reserve a convenient time to meet with each participant 8am-8pm 7 days per week.
Offerings expand with each new connection. All are welcome and everyone benefits from this exchange of sharing. We hope you will join us!

All skill levels are welcome. I want to share this wonderful, meditative handiwork with you.
Slow stitching or intuitive sewing combines techniques and traditions from quilting, mending, embroidery, Japanese Sashiko and Indian Kantha. For centuries people have used hand stitching to mend, create textiles and adorn clothing or furnishings. Common and versatile stitches will be taught along with embroidery stitches.
In this class we will create a small art piece with scraps of cotton fabric and embroidery floss. We will explore color, texture, composition and make space for a quiet, mindful practice. You will find slow stitch projects are very portable with no right or wrong way to create.
I love to use this as a self-care practice as slow stitching requires you to be fully engaged. With every stitch I find a deeper sense of calm.
There will be lots of interesting fabric, beautiful embroidery thread and a variety of needles. If you feel inspired to bring some cloth, lace, textile scraps, etc, you are welcome to.
Facilitator: Lena Vieira, lenasglass@gmail.com
Lena is primarily a mosaic artist, though she also slow stitches, creates mixed media and assemblage pieces. Growing up amongst the beauty of Northern California spawned a great affection for nature, which is evident in her work.
Lena has curated art shows and shown her glass mosaics in many galleries as well as taught art classes in mosaics, slow stitch, lino block printing and mixed media assemblage.
Her approach to her artwork as in other aspects of her life is emotional, looking for growth, healing and meaning. Lena is a student at The Somatic Institute for Women and loves to integrate the teachings of shadow work and feminine exploration into her pieces.
