West Church LKN is a mobile faith community in the Lake Norman area that meets at Lake Norman High School. We don't own a building, and we mean that on purpose. Instead of putting our resources into a permanent space, we show up where people already are, whether that's a coffee shop, a pickleball court, or a yoga mat. Our vision is to offer people Christ in real, relevant, and non-threatening ways, and our mission is to love God, serve others, and transform the world.
Community Yoga is one way we live that out. All means ALL here. Come as you are, with whatever your body and your week are carrying. No experience needed and no strings attached. 💛🧘♀️

GIVEYOGANC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing free yoga classes and resources to demographics who might not otherwise have access. Our mission is simple: to bring yoga where it isn't and have you experience that yoga truly is for everyone!
Our community classes are ALWAYS free. We're just happy to share the practice and space with you. If you feel called to contribute, optional donations are always welcome and deeply appreciated. 🙏🩵

What to expect?
Yoga is less about flexibility and more about stretching our muscles and joints. However, it's not all about the postures. You will learn several breath techniques to send cleansing energy through your body. We also incorporate meditation into the experience to help keep you present.
