We’ll begin with circle time, an opening ceremony, and a talk about the Sixth Chakra. A guided meditation into the Third Eye will set the stage for the active breathwork session, followed by immersive sound healing to anchor your experience in bliss and peace. Reiki will be shared throughout the breathing portion for an extra layer of energetic clearing and alignment.
As a special gift, each participant will receive a beautiful piece of Lapis Lazuli, a crystal that supports Third Eye activation, wisdom, and inner vision.

In the first part of the sound immersion, the gongs will carry us into a relaxing, meditative journey. In the second half of the sound immersion, the crystal bowls will rebalance and align the chakras. Reiki will be provided during the evening also to help restore physical and emotional balance.

It is in the cells of the body that we hold the emotional wounds and traumas of our lives and the function of energy healing is to excavate, release, refresh and renew.

By clearing blockages and releasing these painful experiences we make room for LIGHT, creating healing, and higher vibration and frequency within. Which allows more freedom and authenticity in our lives! During each session, we will set intentions to manifest desired outcomes.

Resting comfortably in a crystalline sound warp, attendees will experience the frequencies and harmonies of crystal singing bowls and settle into an ultra relaxing brainwave state where healing, revelations, and magic can happen.

Diana J Donofrio, is a 200 hr Vinyasa Yoga Instructor. She is also certified in Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra. Diana is a sound practitioner trained on Crystal Sound Bowls and Gongs. Diana completed Sound Healing Certification Level 1 with My Vinyasa Practice and Crystal Bowl training with Michelle Bunting. Our retreat is designed to be immersive and deeply nourishing—and that includes where you rest. Our private room block includes a limited number of luxury suites featuring both a cozy fireplace and an oversized whirlpool tub—an experience that adds to the restorative magic of this retreat.

Once these rooms are claimed, additional rooms may be available, but whirlpool tubs cannot be guaranteed. All rooms do include a fireplace. Secure your spot early to enjoy the full luxury experience. Step into healing, remembrance, and soul-level resonance.

Many of the rooms at the Glasbern Inn can comfortably accommodate two guests, and sharing not only enhances your experience — it can also help reduce your lodging cost. Please note that retreat tuition is per person and remains the same whether you stay solo or with a friend, ensuring that each participant receives the full value of the experience.
