1. Version controlled to the mart: extending the dbt workflow through the BI layer
   Speaker: Ernesto Ongaro (Product Marketing at Omni, formerly dbt Labs)
   Every dbt project has the same cliff. The models are tested, reviewed and versioned, then someone opens a BI tool and all the work is lost. See a workflow that carries dbt's guarantees past that line: explore downstream, promote the definitions that earn it back into the dbt project as a PR, do impact analysis and easily connect analytics engineering work to analyst work.

2. Fresh from the Summit: what's new in dbt and what it means for your project
   Speaker: Hicham Babahmed (Partner Solution Architect, dbt Labs)
   Keynotes are full of announcements, but the real question is what changes on Monday morning. This talk cuts through the dbt Summit releases to the ones that matter for teams building today: what shipped, what it replaces, and where it fits in your workflow. Expect live demos, honest takes on what's ready now versus what's coming, and practical pointers for putting the new features to work in your own project.

3. After the Migration: What Moving BI to Code Taught Us About Change
   Speaker: Rasmus Rottwitt (Data & Business Lead, Pas Normal Studios)
   Pas Normal Studios moved its entire Power BI setup into dbt and Steep. The technical migration landed as planned. The harder part was the organisation side: shifting how colleagues use data and what questions LLMs can start to answer, as well as how you iterate. This talk shares what we learned about managing that change, and why running BI with code-first opens up possibilities in the new AI era a traditional BI tool never could.
