About us
Whether or not you know how to meditate, you are invited to join these "in-house" meditation sessions in your own Coral Gables neighborhood.
This Meditation center hosts Tuesday evening meditations in Spanish and Friday evening sessions are facilitated in English starting at 7:00 pm where we will spend 20 minutes of your time with guided meditation (radiating peace, love, and care to our world) followed by a talk.
Look out for Saturday morning workshops and in-house BK meditation foundation course. Our outer world is a reflection of what lies within our collective inner worlds. By directing our thoughts in specific, positive ways, we have the potential to guide the world towards becoming a more loving place.
