Light on Earth Meditation. FREE (donation-basis). Online
·OnlineOnlineLight on Earth meditation is a guided group meditation where participants help bring Light and positive energies onto Earth.
To ensure that participants actually contribute Light and positive energies, we start off the session with some energy cleansing and healing. Thereafter, participants will be guided to do Light Meditation together to strengthen everyone's inner Light and positive energies. These are essential initial steps to ensure that participants are in a state of positive energies and do not send their negative energies unwittingly later.
When the group is ready, we will connect with The Source of Light for our own further illumination, cleansing and healing.
Thereafter, together with The Source of Light, we shall bring Light on Earth starting with the friends and family of the participants. At the very least, this meditation helps bring Light, healing and cleansing to our loved ones.
The more the participants, the more Light can be brought to Earth through everyone meditating together. So, invite your friends and family to join in too!
All are welcome, whether beginners or experienced meditators.

Wellness Sounds Session. FREE (donation-basis). Online

This event is held during 5-body stellium of Sun-Mercury-Venus-Mars-Pluto & conjunction of Moon-Saturn-Neptune when celestial energies are very high.

Our voice and the way we express ourselves have an impact on our lives. How we choose to carry our voice will determine the direction and journey in Self, in Life and in interaction with the people around us.
During Wellness Sounds Session, Cordelia will guide to awaken the inner potential of your voice; to acknowledge and unleash your authentic voice. Vocal toning is also a good method to reach calmness, relaxation, improve general wellbeing and more.
The theme for this Wellness Sounds Session is VoiceSpace. Often we fill our voice with distractions or stress until we lose touch of what matters in our Voice. It's time to free the space in our Voice so that more vibrance and blessings to come.
We would be utilizing mainly vocal sound healing while visualizations and some musical instruments such as singing bowls may be used. It will be an interactive session where participants will also be guided to do vocal toning by Cordelia.
Cordelia Lee have been an intuitive sound healer since 2010 when she discovered her natural gift of being able to instinctively identify tones, frequencies and sounds for mind-heart-body wellness. Since then, she has used it to bring wellness to thousands through individual and group Wellness Sounds Sessions.
Cordelia uses vocal toning mainly and on occasion other instruments such as singing bowls. Besides doing the toning herself, Cordelia will identify the sounds and guide participants to tone for their own wellbeing.
Private Vocal Sound Healing sessions by Cordelia typically costs RM300/person while long distance sessions costs more (RM600 if outside Malaysia but within Asia). So everyone be getting a lot of value out of this free (donation-basis) session.
