Unity Qigong (UQ)

Learn and practise Qigong, including Unity Qigong - a unique and simple set of proprietary Qigong by CordyKet that releases negative energies, brings in positive energies & gets all 3 subtle energies (lifeforce, Qi, prana) activated and flowing in our body.

Difference of UQ with other forms of Qigong:

There are 2 different energy systems in the human body - the Prana system where prana energy flows in nadis and chakras, and the Qi system where Qi flows in the Dantians and meridians. Most Qigong strengthens primarily the Qi system. Whereas, UQ cleanses, heals, restores and strengthens both energy systems.

It is practically a form of energy self healing and protection

UQ will unblock and heal chakras, Dantians, meridians, nadis and other energy channels of the body

Negative energies will be released from the body and both the Qi and Prana/chakra energy systems, and the mind too.

Both Qi and Prana auras will be strengthened

UQ will also raise the frequencies (hence dimension) of the practitioner's vibrations. You can feel the difference immediately during and after practice.

It will also slow down your brain waves, thus it's a good pre-meditation practice.

It can be done both standing or seated. Even without movement.

Unity Qigong was received through meditation by Cordyket in late 2015. Originally an internal practice for ourselves and our disciples, it was decided in mid 2016 that good things should be shared with the public and we've been teaching it openly ever since

This event is held during Lunar Occultation of Jupiter when celestial energies are very high.

Our voice and the way we express ourselves have an impact on our lives. How we choose to carry our voice will determine the direction and journey in Self, in Life and in interaction with the people around us.

During Wellness Sounds Session, Cordelia will guide to awaken the inner potential of your voice; to acknowledge and unleash your authentic voice. Vocal toning is also a good method to reach calmness, relaxation, improve general wellbeing and more.

The theme for this Wellness Sounds Session is VoiceSpace. Often we fill our voice with distractions or stress until we lose touch of what matters in our Voice. It's time to free the space in our Voice so that more vibrance and blessings to come.

We would be utilizing mainly vocal sound healing while visualizations and some musical instruments such as singing bowls may be used. It will be an interactive session where participants will also be guided to do vocal toning by Cordelia.

Cordelia Lee have been an intuitive sound healer since 2010 when she discovered her natural gift of being able to instinctively identify tones, frequencies and sounds for mind-heart-body wellness. Since then, she has used it to bring wellness to thousands through individual and group Wellness Sounds Sessions.

Cordelia uses vocal toning mainly and on occasion other instruments such as singing bowls. Besides doing the toning herself, Cordelia will identify the sounds and guide participants to tone for their own wellbeing.

Private Vocal Sound Healing sessions by Cordelia typically costs RM300/person while long distance sessions costs more (RM600 if outside Malaysia but within Asia). So everyone be getting a lot of value out of this free (donation-basis) session.
