The luxury homes require to stay 3 nights. this home is for 14 guests. look at the pictures and you'll will see the breakdown of the beds.
we all pay equal, either you get a king size bed or a twin. first come first served.
once we get the 14 people, i will make a messenger group to share my venmo, move one with the reservations and talk about the trip.
please before you sign up, make sure you are really coming. im not planning on canceling, so after you pay, if for any reason you can not make it, you will need to find someone to take your place.
Or if I really have to for any other circumstances, i will follow the cancelation policy of the rental.
