Duro Hospitality brings their excellence to Ft. Worth. The Chumley House menu brings a refined selection of European-inspired dishes, combining British culinary traditions with unique global influences. The restaurant features a small, thoughtful steak program, fresh seafood, and classic dishes like Beef Wellington, alongside innovative takes on Indian dishes which are a nod to the UK.

Unfortunately, The Chumley isn’t terribly flexible with groups over four, so this will be our smallest event yet.

Created by Reach Hospitality, EVELYN is a female-forward steakhouse concept inspired by the bestselling novel The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo. The 9,500-square-foot Design District venue honors the glamour of Hollywood's Golden Age through a menu of classic steakhouse traditions paired with modern, high-energy nightlife. Guests can indulge in premium cuts like an Allen Brothers filet mignon or spinalis, alongside creative starters like the viral Wagyu Cheesesteak Bites Tower. The beverage program leans heavily into nostalgic era-driven luxury, anchored by an extravagant martini selection that features the show-stopping, caviar-stuffed $150 Price of Fame martini.

Please note we do have a dress code at EVELYN:
We are elevated chic.
Long pants are prefered for men. Bermuda shorts are acceptable in the bar and lounge area. Collared shirts and sports coats are strongly encouraged.
For women, we suggest tasteful dresses or stylish separates.

EVELYN also apparently requires valet parking, so keep that in mind for those of you who are driving.

We’re leaning into the mid-week, mid-cities events with this one.

It might be named for the Volstead Act, which established Prohibition in the U.S., but the drinks flow freely at this handsome Southlake bar and restaurant. Cocktails range from a classy boulevardier to a Rémy Martin sidecar, and the culinary counterpoints include fish n' chips and chicken parm.
