Abstract: This talk walks through the journey of bringing a large codebase pipeline down to under ten minutes. The focus is on practical optimizations that target the critical path: splitting tests across stages, using ephemeral environments, reducing build overhead, and handling retries more effectively. rather than quick hacks, the emphasis is on sustainable improvements that make pipelines faster, more reliable, and easier to manage.
Bio: Toon joined TechWolf over three years ago and has been unmissable ever since. He started as an intern, then combined his computer science engineering studies with a full-time role as a software engineer. Today, he's one of our strong senior engineers. Toon brings creativity, speed, and thoughtful solutions to every challenge. He's also become an enabler, building tools, sharing knowledge, and helping others grow.
