Making friends as an adult shouldn’t be this hard, that’s why we started DFW Young & Social! This group is all about making it easier to meet new people, try new things, and build real connections. No membership fees, no pressure. Just fun, welcoming events where you can show up, be yourself, and connect with great people.

Join us for a fun and relaxed Board Game Night at DFW Young & Social, featuring our growing library of more than 180 board games, 5 arcade cabinets, and average attendance of 200 attendees. You’re invited to use the DFWYAS collection, bring a favorite game to share if you’d like (we take no liability for damaged games you bring).

Project Hail Mary | DFW YAS Social Book Club
DFW Young & Social, 2309 Springlake Rd, Suite 600, Farmers Branch, tx, USJoin us as we read Project Hail Mary, a thrilling and deeply human story about one man's desperate mission to save humanity from extinction, except he wakes up alone in space with no memory of how he got there or what he is supposed to do.
We will move through the book across three sessions, creating space for discussion, reactions, and the kind of conversation that only happens when a book really gets to you. Whether you are reading it for the first time or coming back for another pass, come ready to talk science, survival, and what it means to be human millions of miles from home.
Meeting Schedule (all sessions at 7:00 pm, RSVP required):
- Session 1: Wednesday, May 13 | Chapters 1 through end of Chapter 10
- Session 2: Wednesday, May 27 | Chapters 11 through end of Chapter 20
- Session 3: Wednesday, June 10 | Chapter 20 through end of book

Dungeon and Dragons One Shot: On the Offensive
DFW Young & Social, 2309 Springlake Rd, Suite 600, Farmers Branch, tx, USThe tension is rising, the fight keeps coming, and something needs to be done. You and your team must gear up for the most dangerous infiltration yet.
Come with a level 9 character built and ready for the session. This is a continuous monthly campaign, the story carries forward each month. If you are using the 2014 ruleset, ability score improvements only, no feats. Any homebrew must be approved by the DM in advance, reach out on the Discord server to confirm.
- Price: $20 per person + 9% fee
- Fridays: May 8, 15, 22 at 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Saturdays: May 16 at 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM | May 9, 16, 23 at 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
