We'll take one concept from scratch and walk through how real product teams think: from understanding users, to defining the problem, to shaping an interface worth testing. AI sits at every step, not as a shortcut, but as a thinking partner. You won't leave with a finished product. You'll leave knowing how to start one properly.

Saeid is a UX Leader with over 13 years of experience designing and scaling digital products across SaaS, enterprise software, fintech, automotive, healthcare, and AI-powered platforms. He has led UX strategy, product discovery, and design teams, helping organizations turn complex ideas into intuitive products through user-centered design and rapid experimentation.

Celia spent 16 years managing strategic vendor relationships at Fortune 500 companies including PepsiCo, Nestlé, Danone, and Zurich Insurance.
In parallel, she built a strong presence on LinkedIn from the ground up. She grew from 3K to over 10K followers in a year, using profile optimization, a daily engagement habit, and a content system that builds visibility without spending hours online. She now has 10.8K followers and regularly speaks on vendor management and professional visibility at events across Europe, Asia, Australia and LATAM.
