Hey, all! If you've never been to a Paint & Sip, they're always a good time, regardless of your skill level (I suck at painting, but I'm great at...consuming beverages and not caring about the quality of my painting.)

Fortnight is a British-themed pub/brewery in Cary, near-ish Crossroads, on Maynard Road. The paint & sip event runs from 6:00 - 8:00.

The food truck scheduled for that night is Death By Taco, and it will be present from 5:00 - 9:00. There's a ticket link in case you'd like to reserve a piece in advance, or you can choose/pay on arrival. All the pottery/painting supplies are included. If you buy your tickets in advance, you get a drink voucher, as well. Otherwise, you can order drinks at the bar and choose/pay for your pot when you get there that evening.

The event is at the back of the main room by the bar. You'll enter from the patio (overlooking Maynard Road) and see the event back by the arcade games. There will be a number of long picnic/bar tables so we can spread out. Around 6:00, I'll either make an announcement or go around to each table, just to introduce myself and the group.

Riparian Website

Riparian Provisions, a river/camping-themed beer garden, hosts a free wine tasting every Thursday, and there's usually a food truck, as well (not free.) If you haven't been to Riparian, it's owned by the same people who have Pelagic in downtown Raleigh. The vibes are very Eno River and the store is covered in (real/living) plants. It's a beer garden (tap room / bottle shop) and gift shop just down the road from Trophy Maywood. They have a very nice wine selection, a ton of plants, pottery, and candles, and a small patio outside.
