You'll see how Caller Verify integrates with Okta for AI Agents to trigger step-up authentication and verify users using their existing Okta credentials, including Okta Verify Push, TOTP, Okta FastPass, and FIDO2 security keys. The session includes a live demonstration of AI-powered help desk workflows in ServiceNow and practical guidance for organizations evaluating AI agents in support operations.

Mike partners with enterprise customers across North America on identity architecture, design, and ongoing deployment.
