About us
This group was created to build an authentic and empowering space for professional Black and Brown women in and around Northampton to connect, collaborate and thrive. Whether you are climbing the corporate ladder, running your own business, navigating a career transition or contemplating your next steps, this space is for you. No stiff, awkward networking here — this group is for collectively minded women who want to meet new people, have real conversations, share experiences, have fun and uplift other women.
