Muscle Testing to Help with Health, Relationships, and Career

An Interactive Workshop with Philip Young, PhD

✨ Back by popular demand—with a fresh perspective!

Have you ever wondered why certain patterns keep repeating in your life? Are you seeking greater clarity about your health, relationships, or career decisions?

What if exploring those questions from a different perspective could help you discover something meaningful about yourself?

Join professional spiritual advisor Philip Young, PhD, for an engaging, interactive workshop exploring how muscle testing can be used as a spiritual tool for self-reflection, personal discovery, and examining life's recurring patterns.

Exploring the Present and the Past

Building upon previous workshops focused on past-life regression and exploration, this expanded experience invites participants to examine questions connected to both their present lives and possible past-life experiences.

Some questions may lead to reflections about past-life connections, while others may reveal patterns, beliefs, or experiences rooted in the present.

Through guided exploration using muscle testing, participants will have an opportunity to consider new perspectives and explore the connections between their experiences, choices, and personal growth.

What Can You Explore?

💙 Health & Well-Being: Reflect on personal habits, emotional patterns, and areas where you may be seeking greater balance.

💜 Relationships: Explore recurring relationship dynamics, personal connections, and patterns that may influence how you relate to others.

✨ Career & Life Direction: Consider important decisions, professional challenges, and whether your current path aligns with your priorities and aspirations.

🔮 Present & Past-Life Connections: Explore the possibility of deeper spiritual patterns, karmic themes, and experiences that may offer a different perspective on your current life.

A Shared Experience of Discovery

One of the most meaningful aspects of this workshop is the opportunity to learn together.

As participants bring forward their individual questions, the group can explore different perspectives, share reflections, and learn from one another in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Previous workshops have inspired participants to consider new possibilities, recognize recurring patterns, and approach unresolved questions with fresh insight.

Come with an open mind, an open heart, and a question you genuinely want to explore. You may discover far more than you expected!

As the Hunter’s Moon approaches, join us for a deeply restorative evening of sound, intention, and seasonal reflection.

Traditionally, the Hunter’s Moon marked a time of gathering and preparation before the darker, quieter months ahead. Energetically, it offers a beautiful opportunity to look at what we have gathered through the year, recognize what has served its purpose, and decide what we want to carry forward into the season ahead.

We’ll begin our evening with a Hunter’s Moon intention and release ritual, inviting you to reflect on what you are ready to gather close, what you are ready to release, and where you would like to direct your energy as we move deeper into autumn.

Then settle comfortably onto your mat for an immersive Dual Practitioner Sound Bath with Benina and Kristine.
Positioned at opposite ends of the room, Benina and Kristine will create layers of therapeutic sound that move throughout the space, surrounding you in a 360-degree sonic experience.

You’ll be immersed in the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, monochord, crystal harp, tuning forks, and other healing instruments.

Allow the sound and vibration to quiet the mind, relax the body, and create space for reflection, release, and renewal.

### Your Hunter’s Moon Experience Includes

• Hunter’s Moon intention and release ritual
• Seasonal autumn inspired atmosphere
• Reflection on what you are gathering and what you are releasing
• Immersive Dual Practitioner Sound Bath
• Candlelit space created for deep relaxation
• Seasonal tea service

Following the sound journey, we’ll gather for a warm seasonal tea service, giving you time to gently return, ground, and integrate your experience.

Come exactly as you are and give yourself permission to slow down.

Gather what nourishes you. Release what has completed its season. Carry forward only what you choose.

We have yoga mats and chairs if you prefer to sit. Feel free to bring your pillow and blanket or anything for your comfort.

Suite 105 is located on the right side of the building. Look for the awning and come on in!
