Inspired by the daily practice of monks and nuns in Plum Village all over the world, this form of Qigong incorporates the use of a stick to support alignment and flow. As you move with intention, you’ll deepen your understanding of mindfulness, which Thich Nhat Hanh describes as “being aware of what is happening inside and around you in the present moment.”
