Welcome to Family Constellations Cascais & Lisbon.

This group is for anyone interested in Family Constellations and systemic work, whether you are completely new to it or already have experience.

Family Constellations offer a way to explore recurring patterns, emotions or situations in your life that you may understand rationally, but that somehow keep repeating. These can relate to family, relationships, belonging, work, parenting, self-worth or other areas of life.

During our gatherings, we work in a small and supportive group. Some participants bring a personal question and have their own constellation. Others participate as representatives or simply observe. You never have to take on a role if you don’t want to.

I facilitate in-person Family Constellations in Cascais and the Lisbon area in English. My intention is to create a grounded, respectful space where people can explore what may be happening beneath the surface and allow new movement or perspectives to emerge.
