FIRE Center - Real Estate Club, 1660 Chicago Ave STE M2, Riverside, CA, USWant to improve your conversations with motivated sellers? This month's Focus is a hands-on, interactive seller role-play designed to sharpen your communication and negotiation skills.
We'll invite volunteers from the audience to play the role of a seller while we demonstrate how we navigate real conversations, uncover motivation, and identify solutions through thoughtful questions. You'll see firsthand that successful deals aren't simply found—they're made.
You'll learn how experienced investors uncover opportunities, build trust, and create win-win solutions by asking the right questions and understanding the seller's situation.
No two conversations are ever the same, so expect plenty of unexpected scenarios, practical lessons, and a lot of fun along the way. If you're feeling brave, volunteer to be part of the role-play and challenge us with your own seller scenario!
Whether you're new to real estate investing or already doing deals, this interactive session will help you become more confident in your seller conversations and better equipped to create opportunities where others don't see them.
