Slow-Mo Jog! Easy 5K + Tonhalle Terrace drinks

Looking to build your endurance in a relaxed and supportive group? Join us for an easy-paced evening combining slow jogging and fast walking along the Rhine.
This session is perfect for beginners or anyone getting back into exercise. We'll keep a conversational pace, alternate between slow jogging and brisk walking as needed, and focus on improving fitness rather than speed. No one gets left behind!
Meeting point: Tonhalle Terrace
Ehrenhof 1, 40479 Düsseldorf-Stadtbezirk 1Take the stairs up to the Tonhalle. There is a stand there; I’ll be near the stand with the chairs.
