Based in Göteborg (Gothenburg), we are going to be the meet-up that everyone will be talking about.
We will be hosting great events to spice up your social and professional life in Goteborg. From social events, professional events, to mind-blowing events that will take us to other cities or even other countries!
This group is open for internationals as well as Swedes that would like to meet with others. So you don't need to travel to meet different nationalities.

We’re right in the heart of the Långgatorna area, with plenty of bars, pubs and lively places to explore nearby. After the meetup at Contrast ends around 21:00, some of us usually head out to check out free live music, stand-up comedy, karaoke or other fun events around town, while others prefer to stay and hang out longer. Plans may vary depending on what’s happening that night, so feel free to join whichever group you prefer and keep the evening going! ✨

Once you’re inside, just head up the stairs. We’ll be in the upstairs lounge area.🚋 Getting there: Järntorget is just a short walk away and is one of Gothenburg’s main public transport hubs, with many trams and buses connecting to different parts of the city. This makes Contrast easy to reach from almost anywhere in Gothenburg.

Join us for a new series of movie afternoons where we explore great films from all over the world. Each event features a different country, with carefully selected dramas, thrillers, comedies, and award-winning films from a variety of cultures.
All movies are shown in their original language with English subtitles.We'll gather in a relaxed home setting, enjoy some snacks or fika, watch the movie together, and anyone who wishes can stay afterward to discuss the film or simply continue socializing.
If this is your first time joining us, we ask that you attend another one of our events first so we can meet you. Since this is a private event held in the host's home, it is appreciated that we get to know each other at another event beforehand.
The venue is very centrally located, just a few minutes from Korsvägen and Scandinavium, making it easy to reach by tram, train or bus.
Please note that places are limited. If the event is full, we highly recommend joining the waitlist. If someone cancels, Meetup will automatically offer the available spot to the next person on the list.
