Meet at Civil Society Brewery (indoor picnic table area) for pre-concert gathering at approximately 6:00... Bands typically start at 7:30

Please update your RSVP if you are not going so I can attempt to get proper table space.

The focus of this MeetUp event is ONLY a pre-concert HH gathering. Due to the popularity of these free concerts, it is logistically impractical to save space on the lawn for large groups of people to sit together. If you wish to sit with meetup members we typically sit center left of stage near the sidewalk. See map in photos and tip below.

Seating Tip: Other meetup groups set up chairs, blankets etc. up in the morning to early afternoon. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Plan B: If unforeseen rain occurs, we will still meet at Civil Society Brewery unless otherwise noted in the comments or cancellation. Parking at the garage next to the Courtyard by Marriott typically works best
