GRID Woodbridge is a real estate community built by investors for investors. We are a group of real people doing real deals.
Our core mission is to connect to, learn from, and collaborate with like-minded people interested in building wealth and creating impact through real estate.
We welcome investors of all experience levels. We are life-long learners and believe everyone has value to share.

How it works
We meet once a month, 12 months a year, on the same day, week, and time of the month. Each month we cover a different investing topic in the Lifecycle of an Investor—ranging from wholesaling to rehabbing to becoming a bank through private lending.
Our meetings are not sales pitches. They are opportunities for us to dive deep into a real estate topic, connect with local experts in our marketplace, and build long-term relationships with other doers and deal-makers.

Your GRID Leadership
GRID Woodbridge is led by Zachary Wessoleck, Patrick Mirzayan, and Timothy Dineen.
Zach Wessolleck is a Woodbridge native and outside of a 4 year period at James Madison University, has lived in Northern Virginia his whole life.
Starting in high school, Zach became involved in the Woodbridge community by joining the Occoquan, Woodbridge, Lorton Volunteer Fire Department (OWLVFD). Through this pastime, Zach became engrained in the community and made incredible connections with people spread throughout Northern Virginia. This heavy community involvement gives
Zach an edge in providing Woodbridge homeowners and future Woodbridge residents the guidance that they need to navigate the competitive local real estate market.
Patrick Mirzayan is a transplant to the area originally from Roanoke, Va. After graduating from George Mason University, Patrick and his wife stayed in the area, set down roots, and began their family.
Patrick began his sales career in the jewelry industry so he is no stranger to helping people make meaningful purchases.
Patrick is well suited to help homebuyers look at the small when shopping for a home to make sure that they get the best deal and the best long-term investment on their home in Northern Virginia.
Over the past decade, Tim has helped hundreds of clients buy homes and take advantage of the many benefits of home ownership. I
Tim aspires to help homeowners grow their wealth and achieve financial freedom through investing in real estate. He has both grown a portfolio and taken place in many of the aspects of real estate investing.
Tim looks forward to educating his referral partners and his clients about all of the ways they can invest in real estate/finance properties, in addition to achieving his own goals of real estate investing.
